This is something we're investigating while designing the Squid10 note editor.
As mentioned previously, this is challenging since notes in Squid can contain both fixed and infinite sized pages, but we have some ideas to make this work that we will be exploring.

An error occurred while saving the comment louise hartley commentedSame here my textbooks I'm annotating is hundres of pages long and I cang 'jump' to a relevant section or the contents lisf without scrolling all the way back (normall to find I needed to scroll forward!!)

I love using this app for note writing and have very few grumbles about the app but this is the one thing that keeps making me go to paper (and the changing of highlighter and pen in different colours which I've voted on). I zoom in to around 200% and like to use A4 so I can then print my notes into my uni folder (paper) and course work but when in lectures scrolling around the page just to write and changing pens colours and thicknesses and underlining with the line tool all takes too long so for now I've had to go back to paper :(
