Make the page auto advance as I write
When writing while zoomed on GN2, I would like the screen to automatically advance to the right when I reach the screen's edge. Sliding and zooming and panning when I am trying to write at normal speed is tedious to the point of being painful. Thanks for considering.

Ein Feld, welches sich beim Schreiben mitbewegt, sodass man nicht immer in die nächste Zeile schieben muss

In youtube video, ink**** looks like have a bug, but in new version, it works very smooth and very good. Like goodnotes 5 has.
Please add this function so it will be easier to writing with small screen.

It's really annoying having to drop the pen and use your fingers as you write because my screen isn't that big. My letters are big so the line ends pretty fast and I can't write with the whole page zoomed out. If that's confusing, I'll link a YouTube video of the app INKredible that already has this feature for reference:
https://youtu.be/E5UfrELoQws time 0:56
It would be great if the line moved as you write though, without having to click everytime the line ends.

There is a feature like this in an apple app called Goodnotes and I would love to see it in Squid as well.. You could have a magnifying glass type thing. It allowed you to write zoomed in while also viewing the entire page. It also gave the auto advance feature.

I love using this app for note writing and have very few grumbles about the app but this is the one thing that keeps making me go to paper (and the changing of highlighter and pen in different colours which I've voted on). I zoom in to around 200% and like to use A4 so I can then print my notes into my uni folder (paper) and course work but when in lectures scrolling around the page just to write and changing pens colours and thicknesses and underlining with the line tool all takes too long so for now I've had to go back to paper :(

Auto advance as you write is a feature that this app MUST have. I will change to another note taking app if this feature is not added soon. I't so annoying to have to stop to scroll with your singer because it slows down writing. It's a good app, but this is crucial to keep your clients. Unfortunately, I just saw that someone suggested this 4 years ago and he did not get an answer

This is crucial to keep your clients! The app is great, but this is an important detail that MUST be considered because it slows down writing. I just upgraded to premium but I might change my note app if this is not fixed soon.

Yes please add this, or air scrolling like in the s note app.
I don't understand why they didn't put infinite page length in the s note app... I would have use that in such a case. -

Auto scroll as I write toward to either edge of the page. And auto next line if page is set to finite size.

I agree this would be a great feature. As a fellow programmer though, I wonder how to detect the right time to scroll. You wouldn't want to scroll while your pen is touching the screen. Also it needs to be something a user can disable. It would have to happen when you lift your pen for x amount of milliseconds within y distance from the edge of the screen. It may be useful for a button to appear when you reach the edge of the paper, tapping it would take you to the opposite edge to continue writing. on the next line.

This feature would make this app the undisputed king of note taking apps. Please add it

Metamoji note has this feature and it's super nice. It would be cool if Papyrus added something like what Metamoji note has.

When using a real paper size such as A4 or letter etc, obviously it does not fit to 12.2" screen. It would be very handy to have the page slid to the left if we write from left to right.
