Add "wrist check" or palm guard
I often write with a stylus, but I rest my hand on the screen. Can you add a wrist check/palm guard feature please?

Yes, all my classmates who have ipads use this feature on the popular Apple app Goodnotes. If you can add this, it'll be a game changer. Thank you!

If palm rejection feature is in app, more people can know 'squid'. Palm rejection option is important that much. Many people needs and wants it.

So I am using the squid app in Samsung Galaxy Tab A with a passive/capacitive stylus. My device doesn't have any built-in palm rejection feature. But there are a few other note-taking apps like Bamboo paper and INKredible which have this palm rejection feature in them, which works pretty well in my device as well. But I prefer Squid in all other aspects than those apps, so it would be great if you could incorporate that feature in your app as well because not all android tablets have built-in palm rejection.

Please add the option for palm rejection. Your app is far superior to other apps but I need the palm rejection to fully utilize this app. Thank you.

I see a lot of recent comments about palm rejection - I currently rest my palm on the screen and don't have a problem?

I agree. Trying this app out and I won't be upgrading to premium as the is no palm reject on the app. 👎👎👎

Les sugiero tener una opción para poder recargar la mano en la tablet al momento de escribir.

Devices with active or EMR styli really benefit from your concept of an alternate input method: one tool with the active stylus and a different tool with finger input. But the problem is, on devices like my Acer Chromebook Tab 10, Squid's Palm and finger rejection are so bad that I keep scrolling the page, or highlighting or erasing things unintentionally even though the active stylus is present. I had to turn the finger input option totally off to avoid messing up my documents. Can Squid improve its ability to differentiate between active stylus and finger (and palm)?
On an active stylus device, this should be possible. -

so bad palm resection. My palm with 's pen' make my page shaken.
I request option.
'page moving' and zoom were recognized two points.
that two points length needed minimum 5cm.
this option make poorly palm resection good. -

I don't know if the palm guard would take care of this, but when my finger gently touches the screen moving up or down, it erases a line of my handwritten notes. It's driving me crazy and I can't figure out how to stop it from happening.

Although my personal belief that squid is currently one of the best drawing/writing apps for studying purposes, there's one lacking thing when writing on it: my hand tires quite fast, since i cannot rest my hand in the screen, since that would lead to an accidental writing on the app. If a pen-only recognition function could be implemented, that would perfectly solve this problem, i believe.

Squid is a very useful and user-friendly app. However, please incorporate Palm Rejection feature in Squid.

How do I disable the 3 buttons; triangle, circle, and square, at the bottom of page. Keep hitting them and thrown out of the apps.

Just get a stylus that connects to your device through Bluetooth. I use mine with squid and palm rejection is included across the entire device with a Bluetooth stylus.

Squid already has excellent palm rejection if you are using an active stylus(such as s-pen).
