This is something we're investigating while designing the Squid10 note editor.
As mentioned previously, this is challenging since notes in Squid can contain both fixed and infinite sized pages, but we have some ideas to make this work that we will be exploring.

So I am using the squid app in Samsung Galaxy Tab A with a passive/capacitive stylus. My device doesn't have any built-in palm rejection feature. But there are a few other note-taking apps like Bamboo paper and INKredible which have this palm rejection feature in them, which works pretty well in my device as well. But I prefer Squid in all other aspects than those apps, so it would be great if you could incorporate that feature in your app as well because not all android tablets have built-in palm rejection.
