I wanted to provide an update on this in light of our recent major update to make backups work at the note level along with our new support for Google Drive. These were both major milestones on the way to support sync. Now that backups work at the note level, we plan to continue our work to build a sync solution that works across devices using cloud storage provides like Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box. The advantage to this approach is that we continue to have zero access to your note data. Everything lives on your device and your selected cloud storage provider. However, this also means the solution must be resilient to users modifying data in the cloud (intentional or not). We don't have an ETA yet, but this continues to be one of our highest priorities. We really appreciate your patience and feedback on this idea!

Layers was requested as back as 2013. and still not implemented?
How often is this App updated?
Every graphic App with Android and iOS has layers, with ON and OFF visibility and transparency control.Erich Koch

A CHISEL pen, thin vertical line, wide horizontal line. And both customizable, please.

My workaround is an 8.5x11 PDF template with one inch squares, and those subdivided into 4 smaller squares (0,25"). When I print the page they are EXACTLY one inch in size. The one inch squares are slightly darker than the 0.25"sqares. Have one template page that I keep duplicating.

Agree! Bring in a PDF to use as template. I can create my own page with logos, etc. I presently do this in iOS tablet while using Zoom Notes.

If you can create PDF or/and JPG, you should be able to export the native information such as
note1.sqd
to Box, Dropbox, oneDrive, etc
