This is something we're investigating while designing the Squid10 note editor.

There is already an infinite option for the page size, but I'd like an infinite mode, that only lets you scroll down infinitely, but has a defined size horizontally. This could be achieved either by using a predefined width, or by providing an option to let the users set the width themselves, when they use the infinite (vertical only) setting.

Thats what I thought when I first used Papyrus! This is the only thing I miss so far.

That's one thing, I need desperately. It should be switchable between metric and imperial units. And a protractor (preferably the european form "Geodreieck", which has the most features) for drawing exact angles.
You could have a look at the app "Digital exercise book". It's not the best app for writing, but the protractor and compass tools are awesome. I wish these were in the Squid app, too.
