This is something we're investigating while designing the Squid10 note editor.
As mentioned previously, this is challenging since notes in Squid can contain both fixed and infinite sized pages, but we have some ideas to make this work that we will be exploring.

We don’t disagree that there is a market for a cross-platform handwritten note taking app! We would love for Squid to be available on all platforms. We’re a small team and we don’t currently have the resources to expand to Windows (or iOS). We hope this will change someday!

i also would love this function, i have various folders and many pages or pdfs within, identifiying individual pages within a pdf or pages file woud greatly reduce search times for studying and more.
also use keyboard with tablet, would be great to be able to use arrow keys to scroll through pages.
for medicine, ECG or EKG like pink grid paper
