I'm left-handed and using Squid on a ChromeOS tablet. The toolbar is in the worse possible location.
Please make it re-positionable at other edges or a movable pallet.

The addition of a "snap-to" positioning option could be a "must" for many. At least an improvement for sizing and alignment when using shape tools for others.
Why not after all the requests for years?
For instance, as special background grids where mouse or stylus input jumps to points on the grid. Another approach would be where input jumps to previously-drawn, non-printing, alignment guides.
In either case the function would need the option to be toggled on/off when used, like a double-tap or tap of an icon.
Just add an arrow and dashed line to the shapes. This should be a simple step for the developers and a big improvement for the users. Fancier bezier lines, fills, and shape customization might be nice, but a bigger undertaking.
