This is something we're investigating while designing the Squid10 note editor.
As mentioned previously, this is challenging since notes in Squid can contain both fixed and infinite sized pages, but we have some ideas to make this work that we will be exploring.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Goodell commentedI love Papyrus, I use it constantly on my phone and tablet, both for taking notes and marking up PDFs. The number of clicks required to change tools is a constant source of frustration and the one reason I still look at other apps and consider switching. Make the toolbar always visible so a single click changes the tool - that would be a huge improvement.

I agree - and would add that the ability to navigate to a particular page should also be improved. Currently the only way is to click on the page number and scroll to the page you want. I have a PDF document with 625 pages, and this is a huge hassle. I'd like to be able to enter a page number and go directly there, or select first page or last page, and go directly there.This is a great app, but page navigation needs to be improved.
