    If I don't know the fuction that already exists, please let me know how to use it.

    I know I can use a fixed size page by choosing several size options.
    However, if I want to work with 200% sized, 100-page PDF file, I have to choose the option a hundred times. Can you give me an option to choose whole or several pages with fixed size?
