This is something we're investigating while designing the Squid10 note editor.
As mentioned previously, this is challenging since notes in Squid can contain both fixed and infinite sized pages, but we have some ideas to make this work that we will be exploring.

I wanted to provide an update on this in light of our recent major update to make backups work at the note level along with our new support for Google Drive. These were both major milestones on the way to support sync. Now that backups work at the note level, we plan to continue our work to build a sync solution that works across devices using cloud storage provides like Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box. The advantage to this approach is that we continue to have zero access to your note data. Everything lives on your device and your selected cloud storage provider. However, this also means the solution must be resilient to users modifying data in the cloud (intentional or not). We don't have an ETA yet, but this continues to be one of our highest priorities. We really appreciate your patience and feedback on this idea!

Just allow me to add one more request for this very feature. Currently on a hodgepodge of devices/apps:
Drawboard PDF on Asus Vivotab Note 8
Notability on iPad mini
ezPDF on various Android devices
From what I've seen so far, Papyrus comes closest in ease of use, Drawboard a very close second (that tool selection wheel gets old very quickly). However, all the others have Dropbox autosync (Drawboard PDF through the desktop Dropbox app), only Papyrus does not. This feature would definitely make Papyrus + S-Pen the One Device and App to rule them all.
Google Drive and other cloud services would be a VERY nice bonus :)
