The FreeNote app for android has a solution like this. There is an area of the screen which shrinks your large handwriting onto the blank lines of the paper.
Unfortunately, that app just doesn't match this one in terms of usability and look and feel. The user experience for me just doesn't allow for fast writing.
I'm using an Applydea Maglus stylus (a top of the range passive stylus) on the Nexus 7 and my handwriting is terrible unless I write very big, but then I don't fit much on the page. My handwriting is quite readable if I write it whilst zoomed in, but then I have to keep panning and it's difficult to read whilst writing because so little fits in the viewport.
I'd love to be able to write large text and it be shrunk down onto the page.
I love the look and feel of papyrus and would gladly pay for a well implemented feature like this. I hope others would too.
