Default Zoom/View for PDF files
Please add an option to select default zoom/view mode on PDF files pages also. You guys have added the same option with the blank pages but not for the PDF files. For each page one has to set the page according to his liking. Thats really time consuming if you are viewing large PDF files.

Layers function...
I would like to see layers in action within Notes. This can make it much easier, for example by turning off a layer in a painting and hiding it or storing it separately. Because of this, multiple activities can be performed on a single file.

Add ability to name pages, and more crucially ability to scroll though pages (e.g. as in adobe pdf viewer)
It is extremely difficult to manage a document with large number of pages. Please add ability to name pages. And ability to scroll through them in some way. This can be done as in iannotate pdf with the list and preview of pages on the left, or instead of previews, simply a text list of pages and their names. Or simply as the adobe pdf viewer with a scroll bar on the bottom.

Lock / Freeze / Pin the current view
When i draw surveys i pan and zoom around and then rest my palm on the tablet to start adding notes/dimestions etc, there is sometimes a stutter/shuffle as the app tries to perform a pan function due to my palm being picked up as a 2 finger prod. this results in the stylus not being exactly where i planned it to be and can lead to lines not being perfectly lined up or wobbly notes.
If a toolbar button could pin the page at its current view which would then allow for accurate drawing/writing, pick/toggle the button again to allow…

Be able to rotate/orientate any page background preset (example: the sports fields)
If I were able to rotate any of the page presets, for example, the full field sports presets are currently only horizontal, and I have to hold my tablet in a weird way to be able to work on them vertically. This also goes for the half-field versions which are permanently vertical. It would be nice to edit and view them in different orientations without having to do some trickery with the motion sensor on your device to be able to do so.

Search and tags
Your application is really nice, but you should add the possibility of adding tags to the notes. The main interface should feature search capabilities of words in the title and in the tags. As the number of notes grows it becomes really complicated and not effective to look for some notes, even when sorting for name or date.

Disable option for pen while zooming in & out
While zooming in & out by pinching on screen, many times pen accidentally draws something on screen.

keyboard Shortcuts
You Are amazing!! I use your app using the Pen, my hands and the keyboard and mouse as pointer at the same time.
It would be GREAT if the keyboard+mouse would be recognized as external tools as well as already happens with the pen, so that I could add text without switching instruments every yime. such system could also include shortcuts in order to change colour, instruments, shape and dimension very quickly

Add anti aliasing on drawn lines
Honestly it's the only flaw I've found in Squid so far, but it makes my notes look ugly, and it seems to be the only note taking application that has this problem.

Pen offset
By writing with my left hand i realized that the point of the S-Pen was always off by 5 pixels or so (depending on which angle you hold your pen). I'd recommend a setting that lets you finetune the calibration of the S-Pen manually.
