    A few months ago, one of my friends told me he was planning to launch his own crypto exchange. My first reaction was honestly a bit skeptical because the market already has so many big players.

    He spent months working on the crypto exchange platform focusing on development, security, and making the interface simple for users. When the exchange finally launched, only a handful of traders joined, mostly people he already knew.

    But over time, things started to change. More users gradually joined the platform, trading activity increased, and even the small trading fees began generating steady revenue.

    Now the exchange is doing much better than I expected. Watching this journey really changed my perspective. It made me wonder whether starting a crypto exchange today might still be a good opportunity.

    With so many exchanges already in the market, I’m curious about what others think.
