It would be nice if you implement a text recognition of PDF text.
To look for a word or something and to mark up the text (not like the normal text marker) -

I use note writers in iOS and that app has a word finder command that helps you type in a word you are looking for. This application needs that app. I think it would be very useful for students.

Please It would be helpful if you enable in fixed page notes to apply the chosen zoom ratio to all the pdf pages of the file instead of many times zooming, this would be time conserving .
If you are enabling us to import pdfs to annotate and study in squid it is reasonable for us to expect enabling the user to search inside pdfs and to find topics in the pdf outline, actually I'm forced to do that in a pdf reader then run back to squid to read

Yes, that would be very useful for me too. I use Papyrus for studies and I import a lot of typed notes / papers, would save some energy on navigation. Thanks in advance.

I use papyrus when annotating or reviewing manuscripts and theses. Being able to search would be really useful.

Just the imported text, not even the handwritten content. This would make navigating the content much easier.

For lecture pdf note taking. I am always undecided about whether to use pdf annoate apps or something like lecture notes mainly just because when saved as pdf instead of an image, you can always search the study terms easily and copy them as txt to create study materials or flashcards using apps. However the technology might take time to run. Haha. Anyway.thanks to this forum. ..(On the other hand, you can also make an option to have the index of the page as the txt of the pdf when importing. So that i can seach the words I want in the seaching bar by index.)
