Our IT team needs to back up several Microsoft 365 users' Online Archives. Exporting each mailbox manually through Outlook would take a considerable amount of time, particularly when archives contain years of emails and attachments.

While researching how to export the Exchange Online Archive Mailbox to PST, I came across the Aryson Exchange Server Backup Tool. It supports multiple mailbox exports, folder selection, PST output, and duplicate removal based on sender, recipient, subject, and body.

The software also offers modern authentication and Client ID/Secret authentication, depending on the connection and mailbox type.

Has anyone tested the Aryson Exchange Server Backup Tool for bulk archive backups? I would appreciate feedback on its performance, data preservation, and error reporting.
