Our company recently inherited several employee archives stored as Outlook MSG files. There are tens of thousands of emails, so manually opening them isn't practical.

I'm searching for a Mac-based MSG File Converter capable of processing large batches efficiently. Ideally it should convert unlimited MSG files at once while preserving every mailbox component—not just emails, but also contacts, calendars, tasks, meetings, notes, journals, and to-do items.

Another requirement is Outlook compatibility. If we convert MSG file data into PST, I'd like the software to split oversized PST files automatically to avoid Outlook performance issues later. Oversized PSTs have caused corruption for us before.

It would also be useful to exclude attachments when only message content is needed, or alternatively save PDF attachments separately for document management purposes.

I like that one solution I found allows custom folder naming while automatically removing invalid characters. Small features like that make organizing exported data much easier, especially for large corporate archives.
