Facing Issues with SAP Server and Papyrus Product - Need Advice!

I hope you’re all doing well. I’m reaching out to the community because I’m currently experiencing issues with my SAP server ( https://www.lenovo.com/de/de/servers-storage/solutions/sap/ ) while trying to integrate it with my Papyrus Document Management System (Papyrus DMS), version 6.0.
Despite following the installation and integration guidelines, I’ve encountered several challenges that are impacting my workflow. Here are a few specific issues I’m facing:
Connectivity Problems: I’m having difficulty establishing a stable connection between the SAP server and the Papyrus DMS. The frequent disconnections disrupt my workflow and make it challenging to access critical documents.
Configuration Challenges: I want to ensure I’m using the correct configuration settings for optimal performance, but I’m unsure if I’ve set everything up properly.
Data Synchronization: I’ve noticed that data isn’t syncing correctly between the SAP server and Papyrus, leading to inconsistencies that create confusion in my documents.
I would greatly appreciate any advice or troubleshooting tips from anyone who has faced similar issues. If you have successfully integrated Papyrus Document Management System version 6.0 with an SAP server, please share your insights or any best practices you followed.
