In order to improve productivity, there could be an option that changes how the toolbar is arranged. These changes would include removing the file name, removing the cast and inster image buttons and putting them inside the dropdown menu, and taking the tools out of the sub-menu and putting them in the toolbar.
These changes would radically improve usability
Note: I say remove X thing and put it in there, but that's because that's how you would free up enough space in my screen. The main point is to take the tools out of the submenu
