Build-in PDF compression
I take a lot of photos in my notes. Even with my camera set to it's lowest resolution, my notes end up being very large (25-35 MB), even though they're only about 10-16 pages. A file that size is unwieldy for sharing and is not accepted by most email clients (Gmail for example). When I compress with Adobe, I can get the file to 1/10th that size without losing much fidelity. It would be great if there was a compression option when exporting PDFs.

I use squid for documantation and allways have to put in many photos. The size of PDF is very big with some pics. I have to reduce saving size on my PC manually. (2 pics in one site with writing 4,5 MB after PC 1 MB)
Better would be, if I can select it while I do the export-thing. -

Just wanted to chime in and say how much I want this idea. I use Squid almost exclusively for notes that contain images, and the camera resolution on any mobile device is way too big (even at lowest settings). Like OP, I just compressed a PDF from 25+ MB to about 2 MB and have all of the fidelity I need. Would love to see this functionality. I love Squid though!

The PDFs that Papyrus exports are gargantuan. What I'm doing for now is compressing them after-the-fact with ghostscript, but it'd be nice if I didn't have to.
