Index-able/bookmarkable/tab locations on pages
Index-able pages - this i pure genius and I have only seen lecturenotes have this.
It basically lets you create "bookmarks" or "tabs" (if using a real notebook) in your notebooks. It auto-creates a table of contents as well. Test out how lecture notes does this. It is very powerful and flexible and makes it very easy to come-back and reference information you've added to notes/notebooks.
This is kind-of done in papyrus by creating multiple "notes" inside a notebook, but not as powerful as being able to select a point on a page and saying "this is about whatever" and that showing up in a table of contents.

I agree with Juan's suggestion, from 2012!!!! "It would be great if I could add intelligent stickers to my notes (or pins like in Google Maps)"
I use the infinite canvas feature for ALL my notes and after a few months it gets pretty challenging to locate the most relevant groups of information, even though the organization of knowledge is efficient.
It would be awesome to create headers/pins/stickers anywhere on the infinite note and have them organized in a table of contents, so when I am working on a different group of notes in some far distant area of the mind-map, I can quickly snap to older groupings. This would make my note-taking a lot more efficient.

I would like to be able to have bookmarks for my notebooks. We already have the stars on the notes themselves, but I would like to be able to open an entire note and place bookmarks on certain pages. So when I scroll through all the pages, I can easily find an important page or note. I thought of this because I have notes that have entire semesters' worth of material, and I am having a hard time looking for specific info while flipping back and forth between the pages. Once I find something, I cannot mark it so it stands out while I look for another thing I need. I hope this makes sense. The bookmarks could have a color selection to organize them. I have been using this app for over 6 months, 5 days a week and I have found this to be the feature I want the most to be added into the app. This is one of the best note taking apps I have ever used and it is has been so convenient for taking online classes, as well for easily submitting my work. The premium features make this app the best one I have used, and this bookmarking issue would make my user experience perfect.

The ability to use user-defined bookmarks in long documents would certainly improve document management.

Please add bookmark tools. Also you can't swipe through pages with finger, which is disappointing. It's a great app though.

I think being able to create bookmarks within a note would be a great feature for students and professional alike who may use Papyrus for note taking.
It would be great if the application had the ability to create bookmarks linked to main headings within the notes. These bookmarks can then appear in a designated area or on the top of the 1st page. Clicking on the bookmark should take us to the particular heading / keyword / image, etc that it is linked to within the note. This will be particularly useful when a note is several pages long and also in case of 'infinite' page size notes.
Perhaps it would be possible to export to PDF with the bookmarks. I definitely vote for this feature.

It would be great if I could add intelligent stickers to my notes (or pins like in Google Maps), maybe beside a word I've written or a shape, and could explore at once and arrange all those stickers in the navigation panel on the left (as suggestion). Something similar to common tags (which I find is a priority in this amazing app) but enhanced. I mange a lot on informacion handwritten for my ph and it would be great if you could provide us with a clear way to control and navigate (like in an hypertext would be more than perfect) throug it. Thanks a lot!
