Swipe the page to go to the next page
Allow pages to be swiped between rather than having to tap the next and previous page buttons.
This is something we're investigating while designing the Squid10 note editor.

Swripping left or right turns the page is *much much* easier than turning the pages by arrows. Thanks

Please you may enable turning the fixed pages back and forth by finger swiping right and left.

That would be really useful ... perhaps a three finger horizontal swipe?

I agree with Nate. Specially when reading/annotating on PDFs, it would be much better to turn pages by swiping.

This is nearly a dealbreaker for me (i.e. I am paying for a subscription, but actively looking for an alternative). The main reason I want squid is for annotating PDFs... and having to move my hand up to the top of the screen to hit a tiny button is just incredibly cumbersome when I'm using to being able to easily swipe between pages.
I'll disagree with those that say it should be in view mode only... swiping is just as important when writing things... if you have multiple pages, you should be able to get to them just as easily regardless of the mode.

Necessary in view mode! The only thing missing so i can love this app more than lecturenotes.

I don't think this feature should be implemented in the inking mode. I'd like to keep touch gestures mapped to writing functions (highlight, erase, etc.) while working on a page.
I agree that this is a good idea in a "reading" mode, but I just feel that Squid is not meant to be a reading application. It's so easy to export a document and read it in any one of the great, purpose-designed reading apps on Android. I like that Squid focuses on its core competencies, and prioritizes a lean set of well-implemented features.

Right now the only option to move from page 2 (for example) to page 3 is to tap on the sign " >" on the tool bar, instead of just slide the finger or 2 fingers...

I suggest you create the option to switch sheets horizontally, as in a notebook.

This becomes a must when in view only mode.
