Full screen writing mode
Full screen mode to maximize writing space. Have a little "-" sign that minimizes the toolbar into a tiny chevron symbol. You can restore the toolbar by double tapping the chevron symbol.

More than not accidentally pressing buttons, this would be great for presentations (don't want the UI cluttering what the audience sees).

This is especially important when using the tablet to present slides -- projectors often don't have great resolution, so using all available screen real estate is crucial.

Option to remove titles when viewing notes so I can just see my notes. Like a post ut.

Google has the api for immersive mode, so it should make it easier.

Having the ability to view the notebook without the notification bar on top would be great
