    To add rotate and mirror functionality, the Transform tool should include options like rotate (90°, 180°, custom angle) and flip (horizontal/vertical). In tools like Microsoft Paint or Paint 3D, this is usually found under the Edit or Canvas/Transform menu. Select the shape or area first, then https://weirdwealth.org/ apply rotation or flipping directly. If your current tool doesn’t support it, consider switching to a more advanced editor that includes full transform controls.
