    The Lufthansa cancellation policy, varies by fare type. Fully refundable tickets allow cancellations without fees, while non-refundable tickets may qualify for a refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the departure is at least seven days away. Cancellation fees apply based on ticket conditions, but taxes may be refunded. If Lufthansa cancels a flight, passengers are entitled to a full refund.
