    +1

100% of the time I use Papyrus in portrait.

Many other apps I use in portrait or landscape.

So 1, I don't have the orientation lock set on my device and 2 when I move the tablet when taking notes sometimes the orientation can flick between portrait / landscape so the app redraws.

Having a checkbox for portrait or landscape would remove this issue.

    +1 to that.

    My process for Papyrus is

    1: Rotate to portrait.
    2: Open a new note.
3: Resize the note so I can see the whole page on the screen.

Step 3 should be an option or default. It's not a major hassle, just fiddly.

    I've a Note 10.1

It's also annoying that when I'm in a note and have resized it to the size I want and then hit the -> to create page to it goes back to the original size so I have to resize again.

I use the app for note taking in meetings so fiddling with my tablet is not something I want people to see me doing.

    Robert.
