Merge would be a pain as you described. But you shouldn´t think about cross-sync than about a triggered backup to a reasonable cloud (box: filesize limited to 250 MB and dropbox limited to 2GB; all others would cause monthly fees) with a restore, when there is wifi or manually triggered.

This means, if you could actively trigger a backup and restore it, maybe by a view tab or automated, I think most of the users could live with this solution.

I would happily pay a higher monthly fee if synch was available. It's a tough feature to implement correctly, but if you started with notebook-level locking, for example, that would be a major improvement on current import-export only feature and buy you more time for note-level and content-level locking.

Please add Google Drive sync. This is a hugely necessary feature.

Are you guys over thinking this? You can already do backups and restores. This needs to automatically on all devices periodically using the same backup destination. I thought of doing this manually all the time in order to work on multiple devices but sometimes I forget to do the restore before I use it.

Hi, when synching between devices is going to be ready??. Love the app, but reality is that one always work with at least two devices and is important to have the chance to edit and see every note in every device.

It would be nice if you can sync your Files to Nextcloud as PDFs. That could be realised in the cloud sync function with the option as PDF.

Additional to this audio record while writing would be nice, as well.

Squid can Sincronize between several gadget

I want the settings of app saved together the document i produce with app, also when i reinstall it i have all i have before.

Ending up with a very disappointed customer base here - everyone loves the app but not having sync just kills it for business use. Such as shame, otherwise it'd be far better than OneNote and Co.

The lack of sync makes a very poor solution. I do love the functionality in the app but the lack of proper sync sucks. The interaction with drop box had its issues too. I am paying subscriber but will end it if this is not solved properly.

I just subscribed for a year thinking I found the perfect note taking app, but sadly I regret it almost immediately. I think I just have to stick with S Note or OneNote, so I wish Squid good luck.
