Sync between devices
I would like to have my notes automatically appear on my other devices with Squid installed. e.g. Create a note on device A and it appears on device B. If possible allow editing too from that device.
I wanted to provide an update on this in light of our recent major update to make backups work at the note level along with our new support for Google Drive. These were both major milestones on the way to support sync. Now that backups work at the note level, we plan to continue our work to build a sync solution that works across devices using cloud storage provides like Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box. The advantage to this approach is that we continue to have zero access to your note data. Everything lives on your device and your selected cloud storage provider. However, this also means the solution must be resilient to users modifying data in the cloud (intentional or not). We don't have an ETA yet, but this continues to be one of our highest priorities. We really appreciate your patience and feedback on this idea!

I really like the local storage backup option. I use it as a poor man's sync between two devices.
However could you please turn the periodical backup on for the local storage? Just like you did that with the cloud backup.
I'm syncing my local directory with own cloud provider and I guess I'm not the only one. Plus, the function is already implemented.

I have WP and Android devices with Squid installed on both. Being able to sync notes between them would be a great feature.

If I could schedule a local backup time (not even export all note) and save it to a cloud service that I synch already, all I'd have to do up upload the backup on my phone every morning.

i will pay more money for this feature. please get it up asap and charge us for all we care. as long as the product is good, we'd be willing to throw money at Squid.

To have notes organized is a great thing. Also the possibility to ascend the date and the time of creation just pushing a simple button on the menu when the note itself is selected. Thank you for your efforts to improve the app.

How about to just have the notes stored in a publicly available location and use a third party tool to just sync the files.
I'd really love to be able to sync the notes from my Android device with my Windows 10 machine. I have my own ownCloud and use FolderSync on Android to perform synchronisation of pictures and other files -

There should be an option to automatically sync notes to an allocated folder in Google drive. (Like the app on the Apple app store 'Notability'). Being able to sync and edit notes on all your devices would be really convenient, and it would make this app my preferred one of its type because it is on phones and PC.

I am a long time user of Papyrus/Squid, but the lack of sync between my devices (Note2, Note4, Note8, Convertible Laptop with stylus, web Access) FORCES me to use Microsoft Note.
So Still I didn´t ditch Squid because of the simplistic superior Note taking, but I cant wait for much longer !
Check out how MS is managing PERFECTLY well the syncing and bring it in such a way to Sqiud

My Samsung Note Pro 12.2 was essentially a Papyrus/Squid device with a Samsung label. It just died and i have had issues with the Samsung so have migrated to iPad Pro. I miss my Squid. Looking forward to when it is available on the app store. Especially the stylus writing and finger erasung.
