Give the option to choose language in-app
With the newest version of the app, I was forced into having it in my native language. It's not a matter of translation quality, I simply like my software in either the original language it was built in or specifically in English. I didn't find a way to have it back in English and I think it could be a good addition to have a language setting in the options.

You can now set the language used in Squid to be different than the language your device is using on Android 13+. For instructions, please see this help article.

@Andrew I've just switched to english as the german version is not translated properly. Feel free to share on where we can give input on the translation files as native speakers.

I just discovered the app in 2021 and I see that someone complained in 2014 about the same thing as I just complained about... Sigh...
