Add Google Drive as a Cloud Backup Option
Support for Google Drive storage via cloud backup.
Support for Google Drive is now available for everyone on Google Play, along with a major update to cloud backup! Backups are now created at the note level, meaning only the notes that were created or edited since the last backup will be uploaded to Drive. As a result, backups are now MUCH faster and can easily resume after being interrupted.
This has been a long time coming, so thanks for your patience. Please try it out and let us know if you have any feedback!

Yesterday I got this reply about the lack of Drive
" The reason we have not provided Drive integration yet is because we want to completely revamp the "backup" functionality to be a true sync. Unfortunately this is very difficult. We've been avoiding putting too much work into our existing solution if we're just going to completely redo it. Hope that helps! "
That probably means that we will actually get Google Drive support sometime in the future. At least now we have an answer and we can keep hoping.

Shouldn't this be merged with the Google Drive request further up the list with far more votes.

This is huge. I was surprised when I saw Drive was not supported by Papyrus. Drive is commonplace in apps like this, why is it missing? Why is it still missing after 600 votes? What?

It would be great if developers could give us a clear, straight answer why they are leaving Drive out. Or at least they could reject the idea and close the case, so we could look for another app. Drive is absolutely necessary, period.

Please! I bought the cloud services without realizing it only allowed backups to Dropbox and Box and have been unable to take advantage of the automatic export and backup features.

Can't I spend my remaining votes on this? Frankly, this is one of the most important things missing from the app - and (like others) I'm starting to suspect some sort of conspiracy to keep Google Drive out of the equation.

This is such a simple feature to add that it is becoming clear that Google Drive is being purposely neglected by the developers. We've been asking for this feature for years now and it's getting to be a little absurd that it's not offered. Box as cloud service! Does anyone use that?

Absolutely needs this. It's a no brainer.
Or at least the ability to automate the creation of pdf files that are backed up to the SD card.
I want the option of easy longer term storage of old notes outside of the program's database. Exporting as PDF one note at a time not good enough.

Not to mention its just good to have the redundancy for us Drive users. I've bought all the features except cloud services, but when Drive is integrated, I'll buy that as well.
