We're migrating several years of archived Outlook data back into Microsoft 365, and I'm trying to avoid complicated import procedures.

Most solutions I've found focus only on exporting Office 365 mailboxes, but I also need the reverse process—importing PST and OST files directly into Mailboxes, Public Folders, or Archive Folders while preserving the original folder hierarchy.

The migration also needs to support bulk processing because we're restoring historical data for dozens of employees. Accuracy is extremely important since these archives are used for compliance and legal discovery.

Another feature that would make life easier is filtering mailboxes by date range so we don't have to restore unnecessary historical data every time. If the software can also migrate directly between Office 365, IMAP servers, and Google Workspace, that would make future tenant migrations much simpler.

Has anyone successfully used the MacSonik Office 365 Backup Tool specifically for PST/OST restoration? I'd love to hear whether the folder structure remains intact and whether the process is actually as error-free as advertised.
