Hello Squid Support,

I'm having an issue when importing long PNG images into Squid.

When I import a long image, the quality becomes very poor and blurry. Because of this, I have to cut the image into smaller parts inside Squid after importing it, which is very inconvenient and time-consuming.

I also tried converting the image into a PDF, but Squid is unable to properly import the PDF version either.

I will include an example image in this email to demonstrate the issue and the type of long image I'm trying to use.

Is there any way to:

• import long PNG images without losing quality,

• disable image compression/downscaling,

• or support importing long images/PDFs correctly?

This would really help for working with large notes, scans, or long screenshots.
