Hey, I'm looking to switch apps and was wondering what other people are using and why. I have an android tablet and windows computer.

Specifically would be interested in apps/programs that 1) save the highlights and comments on the documents (so I could transfer it and still have the comments) and 2) have a text-to-speech option. Would also appreciate an easy to use hand-drawing feature Bro Games, good organisation for comments and an option to export comments.

But simply sharing what you use would be enough, thanks
