Make PDF annotations transferable to a revised version of a document
So say you annotated a PDF with notes to yourself on the document and when that original document is revised (add a new paragraph/ a new section for instance) and distributed you could bring your original notes layer into the new version of the PDF document.
Would be a extra useful if the annotations were "pinned" to specific points in a document (like a paragraph heading or sentence). And even if you were to add another page before that point, the note would stay with its original placement/subject matter.
This functionality is possible in the Mac/iOS only SCRIPTATION and is incredibly useful when sharing evolving documents. There are ZERO apps in the Android space that do this.
