Uplad to Dropbox more often than every 12 hours

It would be nice to get my notes faster in the dropbox, because it lasts way too long, if I have to wait 12 hours for uploading

    For instance, make the option "update on exit" if there were any changes. If you exit the application or make it background, then update starts
