Disable notification panel on Samsung tablet
The Samsung Note 10.1 has the notification panel in the lower right corner. This is activated a lot when writing in Papyrus because the palm of your hand is resting there. Just like you can disable the back button, it would be nice to disable the notification panel to pop up, unless touched with the pen for example. Completely disabling touch input would not be such a good idea because for some functions touch input is handy in Papyrus.
This is not possible.

What Dan said below, it disabled the capacitive touch on the screen when the s-pen is close to the screen, including notification panel along with touch button the bottom left.

You could root your tablet/phone and use GMD S-Pen control, this App grants you every single feature you will ever need. e.g. completely disable touchinput or to remove the statusbar fully

If you keep the pen within a certain distance of the screen (around 30mm on mine) then it disables capacitive touches and responds to the pen only, I don't see how this is a problem.

I'm wondering if this is something you can do with Tasker.
