My impression is that notability (on macs) have this. What I would like is either a web app or a desktop app where you could view and manipulate notes (move around text, etc)

A PC application that can sync with the app.

Pretty much what the title says, having a desktop app would be immensely useful to allow for us to take notes on a PC.
Other note-taking apps like OneNote have had this feature since they were introduced, so this (along with native Google Drive support) would make this pretty much the best app for taking notes on Android and Chrome OS. :) -

I have been using Ahsay Online Backup Software to back up my systems for years now. Ahsay have the unmatched security features. I can save my data easily and more conveniently. Have a check this one also.

Would really love to be able to look at the backups of notes I've taken on my PC so that I didn't have to read them off of my tablet. I suppose an auto-backup as PDF files would achieve the same effect, but treat the pdfs as backups and replace the PDF file each time changes are made to the note instead of making a new one.

Desktop (PC/Mac) support for native notes format. I would like to know that I could still access my notes even if 1) they are backed up in the cloud and 2) I don't have a tablet with me.

Like dropbox and ever note allow the pages to be accessible from all devices.

Papyrus for PC ? So that you can view them / export to PDF in a Papyrus app on the PC for easier cloud syncing.

I need a way to continue working on notes on desktop after I put tablet down. If it can be evernote or some other way is fine, better would be to be able to edit of course.

Oh yes, I can sync and open/edit my notes on my devices, but miss the ability to do so on my laptop.

Good idea.
Especially as there are a lot of tablets comming up. To use the documents cross plattforms is the future.
