Better Home Screen Organization
It would be nice if the app opened to a home screen that showed your folders/notebooks, rather than your individual recently opened notes. This would feel a little bit more organized and easy to access for people like me, who use multiple documents under one "Notebook" for classes and the like.

Rather than the initial view defaulting to recent notes, allow the side bar to be sticky - 1 less click in the UI. ( as it used to be until recently iirc).
Or add an option to allow the initial view to be thumbnails of the categories/notebooks.
Scrolling through recent notes, many of which look similar seems not very efficient. -
