Allow arrow keys between pages

I would like to be able to use the arrow keys to navigate between pages rather than having to click on the arrow keys i the navigation bar.

You can do this using alt + left/right arrows. FYI, using just left/right (and up/down) arrows by themselves pans around the page. A complete list of shortcuts is available here: http://feedback.squidnotes.com/knowledgebase/articles/1201054.

It'd be good to have PageUp and PageDown as aliases for these two, since most presentation remote send these keys.
