textbox anywhere you want
instant text box anywhere simply by two finger tap. would be used for complete college note taking. this feature is found in microsoft onenote and it is the reason it became so popular.

You can insert text anywhere you want using the text tool.

This feature is already in the Samsung Apps version of Papyrus (as a premium feature but well worth the price) and so I would guess that it will make its way to Google Play soon.
