I use Squid to make videos of all my lectures by now. The only reason why they sometimes look a bit clumsy is that I always have to draw and undo to show what I'm talking about. A pointer would be great!

Agreed, a hovering pointer to show where the pen is and be able to gesture to things on the screen would greatly improve online teaching during COVID.

Please, as we're trying to teach online during the Covid quarantine, I find Squid VERY useful for making videos. But I really need a pointer as I'm teaching.

I use Squid to record lessons (screencast + audio recording) and having a sort of hovering dot would be very nice to show the students what I'm talking about.

Actually, the Samsung S3 Tab has a pointer which is displayed if the pen is hovering over the screen.
Would be great if Squid app would also use that feature to enable a pointer tool at least in presentation mode which is extremely useful in trainings and classes to focus the attention of the audience to parts of the screen.
