TEACHER'S VERSION OF SQUID
- Create a teacher's version of Squid.
- Make squid collaborative.
- In the teacher's version, place the toolbar at the bottom of the page.
- Hide the toolbar behind a clickable non-intrusive button.
- The toolbar shouldn't be available to the students/participants unless allowed by the teacher/host.
- The toolbar should have only a few tools including resisable pens, resisable eraser, undo-redo, slides view etc.
- Options for finite and infinite page (s).
As online teaching is becoming the norm, a simple collaborative notetaking app is the need of the day.

Bug: Pressing the back button brings you to the Recent Notes section
When you press the back button from a note, instead of bringing you to the previously used section (such as the Starred section), it occasionally brings you the Recent Notes section.
I'd like to be brought back to the Starred section if I had opened a note from that section.

Smoother Stylus Handwriting Recognition (Not related to Active Pen)
I have a Lenovo Idea Chromebook which does not have the Active Pen feature. Therefore, I use a stylus that Squid recognizes as a finger. It would be nice if the app could recognize the patterns in a more accurate and realistic way like writing on a paper.

Make another app or update this app with no in app purchases
Some kids parents allow them to download the app but they do not buy subscription and kids cannot take proper notes.

Custom Page setup and 300 dpi JPEG Export
I would love if you can add an option to set up a custom page so that finally we can make 16:9 page similar to powerpoint.
Export option to JEPG should also specify the resolution at 300 dpi.

Tool bar interface in tablets
Tool bar interface is so poor in this app. We need more customization, easy access to different colors, eraser and so on), we dont want menus inside menus, we want shortcuts. And the selection tool interface (when something is selected) is also horrible. It blocks the original tool bar, where undo and redu icons are, and since your selection tool is so badly implemented, those actions are needed. Why dont just put the selection tool specific options on a context menu above the selected object (where is easy to reach), instead of creating a new toolbar. It just so frustrating.…

Edit the white tablet paper to include colors
I would like to be able to be able to change the color of the paper to legal yellow, pastels blue, pink, lavender, and to be able to create notebooks in the chosen colors. Also to be able to use all the functions for free. Many users are on a fixed income and it would be awesome to be able to use. Can someone from Squidnotes email me if these suggestions are going to be used . Thank you

fix bugs with the Samsung pen
There is lag between switching form using the Samsung pen to writing with my finger. I thought this was just a tablet issue but all my friends who use it have experienced it too as well as other pen related bugs
