Allow for pen/line thickness to be relative to the screen.
It would be very useful to be able to zoom in and keep the pen thickness the same relative to the screen rather than the document.

allow to place circles using the middle point instead of the edge of a virtual box
That would be a good improvement to an allready implement feature. Circles are pretty hard to place acurately the way they work right now

additional S-pen features
The gestures idea for Swiping while holding down the button is good, but it would be nice to just be able to press the button and get a different tool to use.

Put the icon for drawing straight lines on the same menu as the pencil, instead of needing to go into the SHAPES area to access
Straight lines are used a lot. So instead of needing to go into the shapes area in order to access the 'straight-line' feature, it is best to put the line feature on the same menu as the pencil.

I really look forward to your response!

allow users to specify the factor of line thickness when applying force/pressure to pen. users can then control their own maximum line thick
The maximum thickness when pressing hard is now fixed. Giving the user the option to control the thickness when pressing hard makes it easier for the user to control how he wants to use the pen (writing/drawing/sketching)

Make a Clipboard History, so you may use a variety of your own shapes (i.e. Greek letters in math) regularly throughout note taking
In subjects such as math, physics, engineering, biology or other sciences, many symbols and variables with subscripts / superscripts are constantly used and repeated. I find myself using the Duplicate Selection feature

Index-able/bookmarkable/tab locations on pages
Index-able pages - this i pure genius and I have only seen lecturenotes have this.
It basically lets you create "bookmarks" or "tabs" (if using a real notebook) in your notebooks. It auto-creates a table of contents as well. Test out how lecture notes does this. It is very powerful and flexible and makes it very easy to come-back and reference information you've added to notes/notebooks.
This is kind-of done in papyrus by creating multiple "notes" inside a notebook, but not as powerful as being able to select a point on a page and saying "this is about whatever" and…
