After inserting a password protected PDF into a note, the note becomes password protected. If the note was not already password protected, then the note will inherit the password of the PDF that was just inserted. Opening this note will require that you enter the same password required by the PDF that was inserted into the note. However, if the note was already password protected, then the original note password remains the same.
