A Squid Note file (such as Math.squidnote) is an editable note file format. This allows content created in Squid to be shared and saved in its original form.

• Create a Squid Note file by exporting a note to the Squid Note file format.
  
  
• Share a Squid Note file with a colleague or store it as a note backup.
  
  
• Import a Squid Note file to create a new note based on the exported note.
