How do I deploy Squid to managed Chromebooks?

Please see this Google help page for the most up-to-date information on how to deploy Android apps to managed Chromebooks. If you already have Android apps enabled for your organization, you can use the following steps to deploy Squid:
  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console (using an administrator account).
  2. Go to Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions > Users & browsers.
  3. To deploy Squid everyone, leave the top organizational unit (OU) selected. Otherwise, select a child OU.
  4. Click Add Add > Add from Google Play Add from Google Play.
  5. Search for Squid and click on it in the results.
  6. Click Select.

  7. To accept the app permissions on behalf of your organization, click Accept.
Once Squid has been added, you can configure the installation type (Allow install, Force install, Force install + pin). For detailed instructions, see Decide how apps are installed > Configure app installation settings.
