    Es wäre schön, wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe, einzelne Notitzen durch ein Passwort oder Pin zu schützen.

  2. Be able to split screen notes, open multiple notes at once

    Rather than tabs I think it would be nice to have pop up like notes you can bring with you to other notes or be able to split screen notes (vertically) so you can quickly look or edit at least 2 notes at a time

    Bitte ermöglicht, dass man die Dateien und Ordner nach eigener Präferenz sortieren kann und nicht nur nach Datum etc.

  7. A search function in the title assigned

    A search function in the title assigned to each note would be helpful. Since I give each note a unique title, I could later find the note I'm looking for more quickly using a search function in squid. There would be no need to search in the note itself, just in its title.

  8. option of lock page size

    A lot of times, when I wrote with a pen, page size was changed by additional moves of the hand.
    Static size would be great to prevent that.

  9. #feature request of latest squid android app version

    Issues found in squid app  version 4.0.26-GP (updated till 1st march 2024)

    1. Can't install or add multiple fonts installed in android device as .ttf format
    2. No Math box
    3. Speech to text and text to speech option is not there
    4. Can't record any audio... no option for syncing audio with notes either
    5. No way to search words or phrases.
    6. Can't change colour or contour of boxes of which I chose fill colour
    7. No option for rounded end shapes like box with rounded ends
    8. No laser option..add custom colour (grid and spectrum )
    9. I cannot find any way to get the measurement…

  10. Incorporar a la herramienta de línea a mano alzada con terminación en flecha o algún otro símbolo

    herramienta de línea de a mano alzada con terminación en flecha o que se pueda cambiar a otros simbolos, con movimiento de trazo fluido como la plataforma de figma, ya que las líneas son más armónicas en su trayecto, ayudaría mucho a definir los trazos que se generan, creo que sería lo ideal. Gracias

  12. Moveable guide/marker

    If you're doing a chart or a big pattern, knitting/crochet/cross-stitch pattern would be nice to have something that you can move to where you're up to on said pattern.

    For marking positions on a Note page to easily navigate back to.

    Waypoints should be namable and available in a list, either through a bar or popup window, and ideally organizable with collections.

    Clicking a waypoint snaps user view to waypoint position.

    Waypoints on the page could appear as map markers or pin drops, like popular map apps, and should be hidable.

  14. Materiel You Colour Theming

    Please make the UI colour scheme match the system colours under materiel you theming for android. It would make the app feel more cohesive with the rest of the OS and be more pleasing to see and use.

  16. Option to organize into main folders; emoji button, recording option and insert audio option.

    I have some ideas that I believe would please not only myself but also a large portion of the public who chose Squid (like me) among several other options that they tested.

    The day I was going to uninstall the app because I thought I had found a better option and didn't have much hope for Squid, was the day that the update was released, which included a layout change and the ability to suggest changes.

    Here is my first suggestion:

  17. adding gifs to the notes

    As a student, its really hard sometimes to revise. So its easier as a visual memory. Hence adding the gifs so it saves a lot of time. And also in presentations its really cool.

  18. Ability to add pdf into note not make the pdf the entire note

    I'd like to be able to add a pdf into a note and write on the page not just on the pdf. Currently you can only annotate on the pdf and pen doesn't write anywhere else on the page

  19. Fine tune GrapheneOS casting support

    After using samsung tablets for years, i just got a pixel tablet - one motivation was to install GrapheneOS. For the most part, squid works fine, but casting doesn't work without some tinkering:
    1. Install squid from the play store
    2. Install Google Home from the play store
    3. From Google Home, cast the whole screen to your chromecast
    4. From squid, tap cast, and choose the second copy of your chromecast that appears.

    It should be possible to cast without installing Google Home (VLC and a few other apps are able to with no trouble) so i'm guessing there's…

  20. PDF for windows

    The emulated windows app works ok, but I can't open PDFs, which was the main feature I bought the subscription for. I've seen ways on internet to make it work, but it looks too complicated for me, or requires to download suspicious software.
