No lag in screen refresh when zooming
Whilst zooming or panning in a PDF the lag between the screen refreshing is not only annoying it also means that one has to guess as to how much to zoom or pan as a large part of the screen is just pixelated

Second this idea. It feels a bit unrefined with the frequent loading of a page I assumed to have been loaded.
