fix the stylus issue with the Nvidia shield tablet

The stylus currently has issues due to it being an emulated stylus rather than a digitizer

    Yes, unlike what the Papyrus FAQ claims, Papyrus does NOT recognize pressure from the Nvidia Shield tablet DirectStylus. Enabling pessure just makes the stylus lines look thinner and even more jittery than without.
