Maryland Fascial Stretch Therapy – Looking for Experiences and Recommendations
I’ve been looking into Maryland fascial stretch therapy because I’ve been feeling tight and would like to improve my overall mobility. I’m especially interested in assisted stretching rather than simply doing the same stretching routine at home. Has anyone in the Maryland area tried fascial stretch therapy?
